I wore this outfit to work on Friday when the weather was a bit cooler. The hubby and I are making some attempts to not just use the manual setting on the camera, which explains the different qualities of each of the photos. We decided that we can't get the look we are going for using my Sony cybershot, but we aren't ready to make the jump to a nicer camera. Any suggestions for a budget friendly camera?  Maybe I will ask for one for Christmas :) 12 more days...

Nick and I went cherry picking over the weekend on his family's property. The last picture pretty much sums up how helpful I was...

If you follow me on Instragram you saw that I also ran in another half marathon this weekend. I finished a little bit faster than my first and had a great time afterwards sipping wine and eating yummy pizza! 13 more days until summer break :)

This blog has been a very interesting adventure. The journey has consisted of many ups and downs, positive and negative thoughts, frustrations and joys. We don't all have what appears to be an unlimited budget, so I have been trying to challenge myself to wear some of the older items in my closet. This is not the first time that I have thrown a shirt over a dress to make the sleeves more work appropriate. I may not be sure of what kind of snake this is (or if it is even a snake?), but I do know that I love this dress. I could live in BCBG! I wore this beautiful thang to a lovely mother's day dinner with my mama. I hope you started your week off right and that it continues to get better and better :)
